AXA Claims Investigation Team achieves IQ Verify UKAS Certification for BS 102000 Investigative Services

AXA Claims Investigation Team investigate a wide range of claims, including Employers Liability, Public Liability, Private and Commercial Motor and Household relating to either liability or fraud. IQ Verify is pleased to announce that they achieves UKAS accredited, IQ Verify certification for BS 102000 Investigative Services following their IQ Verify audit and were presented with their certificate in June 2015.

Commenting on their certification, Paul King, Head of AXA Claims Investigation Team said, “The motivation behind seeking the BS 102000 accreditation was to achieve and demonstrate an objective industry standard of professionalism to supplement the very strong reputation that we already have amongst Policyholders, Brokers & our own Claims Teams within AXA. The increasing regulation and scrutiny of investigation services in the wake of the Leveson Enquiry & House of Commons Select Committee Report into Private Investigators have created an impetus which we felt it appropriate to respond to. We are delighted to be the first major insurer to receive this award” .
